Why I Work With Women

I love working with women because women struggle with different fears and frustrations than men do.

We set body-image expectations for ourselves that no one can achieve and maintain.

We look to the media for our standards, always feeling like we can’t measure up, when even Cindy Crawford has been quoted as saying, “Even I don't wake up looking like Cindy Crawford.”

Beyond just our body image, we are caretakers to a fault and put everyone else’s needs in front of our own.

I know this because that’s what I wanted too.

After years of hating my body, torturing myself with diets and feeling controlled by food, I discovered a new approach to weight loss that completely transformed my life and eating habits.

I lost 35 pounds and have easily kept it off for more than 7 years, without ever feeling deprived.

The solution to achieving (and then maintaining) your dream body is not another black and white super-strict diet plan with good food and bad food lists.

The solution is a holistic approach that removes the emotional blocks at the foundation and then creates a sustainable lifestyle that is perfectly suited to you based on your unique preferences and needs.
